This is a 'found-footage' movie from Canada about five young friends who go on a trip to a cabin back in 2011, but on the way (while filming it) they head off the beaten track to a place called Crowsnest where they have heard that you can buy beer for half price! They get the beer but at the same time they receive a warning to head back where they came from or they will die. But they don't take the warning too seriously and keep driving in to the forest. But they seem to be lost, then an RV hits one of them and all hell breaks loose. There's something about the people in the RV. Will the friends survive?

Joy Robertson's two sons will both be off to college next year, so she wants to make this "the best Christmas ever." Joy is feeling unappreciated, however, since her husband and sons are preoccupied with their own concerns, and providing no assistance with the many Christmas preparations, while still expecting Mom to handle all the arrangements for hubby's office party and parties for her sons' friends, as well. Inspired by a grocery workers' strike in town, Joy decides to follow suit, and goes "on strike for Christmas."

Follows a group of friends that decide to go snowmobiling during their winter break. They make a "wrong turn", getting lost in a storm, and seek shelter in an abandoned sanatorium. They are completely isolated by the storm and are thankful they can get out of the elements. But the sanatorium has a troubled past, and some of its former patients still reside there and are not happy about the intrusion. In a deadly game of cat and mouse, the college kids must fight to survive the night.
